New Client Consult + Treatment:
$135

Please fill in the online forms that arrive in your email, please arrive 5 mins prior to the time, this is an information gathering session with treatment that is not complex, single complaint 60 mins. Your appointment is not a shared time with other clients, you are my priority in your timeslot. appointment is also for new Client Cupping. Consultation fees include background work conducted outside of your appointment time.

New/Existing Client Long Consult + Treatment
$165

Required for people who have multiple conditions, sport injury, fertility, Women’s Health, Emotional Health, complex or just to spoil yourself!!

Allow 90 mins.Your appointment is not shared time with other clients, you are my priority in your timeslot. Consultation fees include background work conducted outside of your appointment time.

Follow Up Appointments
$108

For returning clients, 60 min sessions,Your appointment is also not shared time with other clients, you are my priority in your timeslot. If it has been more than two years, you will need to complete a new medical history form prior to your appointment but you do not need to pay another initial fee. Please book a 1-hour initial (I will know you are not) to generate the online link to update medical history forms.

Cupping follow up $80

45mins returning client includes limited consultation and treatment.Your appointment is also not shared time with other clients, you are my priority in your timeslot.

IVF Pre/Post Transfer
$160

Consists of 2 appointments, one treatment before IVF procedure and another treatment after your IVF procedure.

When you receive your confirmation of booking email, please add this to your calendars and place a reminder 2 days prior to your appointment as our reminder email is sent 24 hrs prior as a courtesy only. Inner Rhythms Acupuncture has a cancellation policy of 48 hours notice charged at a fee of $55 via sms or email link. Fail to attend will incur full fee invoice if no communication is received or as per cancellation fee if there has been communication with the practice.

  • Inner Rhythms Acupuncture has a cancellation policy of 48 hours’ notice charged at a fee of $55. This is payable via the link sent in email or sms within 24 hours of the cancelled appointment. To help you manage this, you receive a confirmation of booking email, which you can save to your calendar and place a reminder for the 48 hours prior. 

    Failure to attend your appointment will always generate an invoice of full fee if there is no communication with me at any point. If you communicate with me then normal fee of $55 applies and payable by link sent or by direct debit.

    I understand there are times emergencies occur, I am approachable.

    Please note: As a courtesy, we send a reminder email only 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Please note only some health funds participate in electronic claiming via HICAPS for Acupuncture. In cases where your fund does not, full payment is required at the time of treatment and you will need to claim back under your funds claiming policy.

  • Payment is accepted by cash all debit and credit cards via EFTPOS with the exception of Diners which we do not accept. Amex is accepted with a transaction fee charged. Online payments are also available if you choose this convenience.

  • Work cover recognises that Acupuncture must be performed by a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner under WorkCover.  Our practitioner at Inner Rhythms Acupuncture is Registered Practitioner and has a Work Cover provider number.

  • Are only passed onto the consumer if using Amex or Diners and are based on the % of the transaction advised by these credit cards. If you have questions please ask me.
