What Can We Learn From Water?

Be like water-Bruce Lee

Stay liquid - Shamar Moore (SWAT)

Water, is one of the five elements, I would have to say my favourite also. It is the strongest of all elements. Water is associated with the Kidney organ and Winter. Water can nourish, promotes growth, puts out fire, can be gentle, but also has another side that can destroy if there is too much. In Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture, it is about creating such balance in the five elements within the body so that they intertwine in a harmonious rhythm.
